What happens once my reservation is sent through your web site?

Your request/inquiry is forwarded directly to the appropriate booking agent.

During business days and business hours, you can expect the booking agent to receive ("download") your request/inquiry within 2-3 hours.

A reservation number/reference is assigned to your request/inquiry (either automatically during the booking request process or by the booking agent)

Within 24 hours, the agent will contact you with either:

- a confirmation detailing your reservation and payment instructions (if no deposit was made at the time of your booking request).

- or a notice of unavailability.

After your confirmation by e-mail and payment of a 1 night deposit (if no deposit was made at the time of your booking request), the booking will be confirmed with the hotel.
