We can only offer our special rates if our booking agents are responsible for the hotel bill. Therefore you can not pay at desk.

We request your pre-payment/deposit for the first night of your reservation because most hotels have a penalty of 1 night charge in case of no-show.

Please note that your credit card is usually charged (for 1 night charge) only 5 to 2 days prior to your check-in date (unless your payment/authorization is made more than one month prior to your check-in date: in any case, the settlement of the transaction must be made within 30 days as per most credit card issuing banks regulations)

Depending on the booking agent policy and processing bank, you can cancel a reservation up to 2 days prior to the check-in date and will be charged only a 200 baht administrative fee.
