(Note: 1 night charge per room and period required: If you make a reservation request for more than one room or/and period: you will be charged accordingly to cover each room/period: 1 night x number of rooms or/and periods)

We request your pre-payment/deposit for the first night of your reservation because most hotels have a penalty of 1 night charge in case of no-show.

Please note that your credit card is usually charged (for 1 night charge) only 5 to 2 days prior to your check-in date. (unless your payment/authorization is made more than one month prior to your check-in date: in any case, the settlement of the transaction must be made within 30 days as per most credit card issuing banks regulations)

2) For a few high end hotels during peak seasons and periods of high occupancy, a full pre-payment is required.

Failure to cancel the reservation within 5 (2) days of check-in date may result in a charge/penalty for the full length of the reservation.

NOTE: Unless you are informed otherwise on your confirmation e-mail: In some cases, the hotel may request for earlier notice of cancellation.
