The following penalties will apply:

In case CANCELLATION is made MORE than 5 BUSINESS DAYS (except Sat - Sun and official holidays) prior to the check-in date, there will be a FULL REFUND LESS 200 Baht: no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 3% and a 200 Baht administration fee.

In case CANCELLATION is made LESS than 5 BUSINESS DAYS (except Sat - Sun and official holidays) prior to the check-in date, there will be NO REFUND at all.

In case AMENDMENTS are requested LESS than 5 BUSINESS DAYS (except Sat - Sun and official holidays) prior to the check-in date - and can not be made, there will be NO REFUND at all: if a part of the reservation must be held, any partially unused reservation must be paid.

In case of NO SHOW, there will be NO REFUND at all.
